Our Caregiver+Child Classes are:

Play-based, fun and engaging, even for grown-ups

Each week will feature a welcome song, nature exploration with engaging materials, and a story. Caregivers and children should come dressed ready for whatever the weather and prepared for getting earthy!

While your little one engages with the natural world, you will connect with other like-minded adults, learn some catchy songs, and perhaps a few wonderful things about the natural world.

Why?

Science shows us that being in nature grows healthy minds and bodies in our littlest ones, as well as their grown-ups. Regular interaction with nature, and other humans, creates a greater sense of happiness, overall physical health, and well being. Being outdoors not only provides children and their caregivers with fresh air, but it encourages imaginative play, creativity, hand-eye coordination, balance, physical strength and mental clarity.
